1. 不設退款項目 No Refund for Live Plants

由於植物屬於生物性、易腐敗商品，本服務所提供之盆栽產品一經寄出後恕不接受退貨或退款，除非符合下列條件：
As plants are perishable living items, we do not accept returns or refunds once the product has been shipped, unless the following conditions apply:

• 收到的植物品種與訂單不符 The plant species received is different from what was ordered
• 植物於運送途中明顯受損或嚴重枯萎（須附開箱影片及清晰照片）The plant is severely damaged or wilted during delivery (must provide unboxing video and clear photos)
• 缺少承諾隨附的護理指南或配件 Missing promised care guide or accessories

3. 申請流程 How to Request

請於收貨後48小時內，透過電郵或社交媒體與我們聯絡，並提供以下資料：Contact us within 48 hours with the following:

• 訂單號碼 Order number
• 問題描述 Description of the issue
• 清晰照片或影片證明 Clear photo or video evidence

我們會於3個工作天內回覆處理結果，包括是否安排補發、更換或退款。
We will respond within 3 business days to confirm whether a replacement, refund, or other solution will be arranged.



4. 不接受退換之情況 Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:

• 因個人喜好（如植物外觀、顏色）不滿意者 Dissatisfaction due to personal preference (e.g. plant appearance or color)
• 植物自然變異屬正常現象，如葉色深淺或枝幹高低 Natural plant variation (e.g. leaf color or height) is considered normal
• 未依照我們提供的植物護理指引而導致植物枯萎 Wilting caused by failure to follow our care instructions
• 超過申請時限（48小時）Exceeding the 48-hour notification period

5. 特別說明 Special Notes

所有植物出貨前皆經過挑選及妥善包裝，我們將盡力確保品質，但由於物流與氣候等不可控因素，仍可能造成部分差異，敬請諒解。

All plants are carefully selected and packed, but environmental or delivery factors may affect their condition. Your understanding is appreciated.

我們提供香港本地送貨服務，詳情如下：
We offer local delivery within Hong Kong. Details below:

• 香港島、九龍、新界
• 部分離島（視乎物流安排，可能需要額外時間或附加費）
Delivery available to:
• Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories
• Selected Outlying Islands (extra time or surcharge may apply)

💸 運費 Shipping Fee
• 單筆訂單滿 HKD 500 或以上：免運費
• 未滿 HKD 500：HKD 40–60（視地區計算，結帳時顯示）

Shipping cost:
• Free shipping for orders over HKD 500
• For orders under HKD 500: HKD 40–60 (based on district)

⏱ 派送時間 Delivery Time
• 成功下單後，我們將於 2–4 個工作天內安排寄出

• 請於通知日起 7 天內完成取貨
