• 收到的商品與訂單不符

  Received the wrong product

• 商品有明顯製作或運送損壞（需附開箱照片）

  Product is visibly damaged or defective upon arrival (photo proof required)

基於個人衛生及香包接觸性商品特性，下列情況恕不接受退換：

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

• 已開封並使用過香包或公仔

  Product or sachet has been opened or used

• 因個人喜好（如香味、造型、顏色）提出退貨

  Return due to personal preferences (e.g. scent, design, or color)

• 超過收貨後 3 天未聯絡

  Return request made more than 3 days after receipt

我們提供香港地區的本地送貨服務，並支援門市自取。

We offer local delivery within Hong Kong, as well as in-store pick-up.

• 智能櫃 / 順豐站 / 順豐合作點自取

• 門市自取（收到 WhatsApp 通知後 7 天內領取）

⏱ 處理與派送時間 Processing & Delivery Time

• 下單後 1–2 個工作天內處理

• 寄出後一般 1–3 個工作天內送達

• 門市自取者會透過 WhatsApp 通知

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

• Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch

• You’ll be notified via WhatsApp when your order is ready for in-store pick-up

• 單筆訂單滿 HKD 500：免運費

• 未滿 HKD 500：本地運費 HKD 40–60（依地區計算）

• Free shipping for orders over HKD 500

• For orders under HKD 500: HKD 40–60 depending on location
